Mangalore: Man stabbed to death at Mangalore railway station premises

Mangalore, Oct 2: A man was found murdered at Mangalore central railway station premises in the early hours of Tuesday, October 2.

The victim is identified as Jayraj alias Subba alias Nama (27), a resident of Bajalkodi Jalligudde. His body was found in the south end of the railway station.


He was stabbed many times and the police are yet to ascertain the circumstances that led to his murder.

A case has been registered with the Mangalore railway police and further investigations are on.

    Everywhere murder ,stabbing,nowadays it is common,but Idont think it is murder is because of Alkohol but I doubt,drugs,selling drugs,young men are more involved in this,and also gang envy,one gang will more control over certain area and they dont want another Group mixes,even lately some Prostitution Report we here.may his Soul rest in peace.

    Mr. Asif what are you talking, If you ban Alcohol in KArnataka, Congress people will protest saying without distributing Alcohol Congress won't get vote. Congress will say "Paapadavige dodda hotelge hogi kudiyal duddu yilla, sarayi kudu maargadalli beelali vote kottameley"

    the reason for every day stabbing & murder is,,,, too much alcohol consumers , for small money they kill people.ban alcohol in bars and wine shops, only in 5 star hotels to bel allowed ,

    Mr. Asif, 5 star or 12 stars is of no use when a person thinks of drinking alcohol. One of my neighbour who has no proper job, even no proper clothes to wear, drinks every day in a bar in the evening. His poor wife and mother earn a little for the living by doing odd jobs cleaning houses. Even owner of that bar told me once that he hesitate to serve liquor to him. You can think of closing restaurant so that people can manage with something but not bars and liquor
