Kasargod Hoax Bomb - Boy makes call for fun !

Kasargod, Sep 30: It is learnt that a recent telephone call by a boy for fun had caused bomb scare in Kasargod railway station. The police detained the boy and released him after questioning.

The telephone call to the control room received thrice on Sunday evening at 4.16 had given rise to fear and anxiety. Police had found out that the call was received from Mangalore. Police then, had
conducted extensive investigation and was able to identify the person who made the call.

It is learnt that the Manjeshwar Miyapadav boy had gone along with his house members to accompany his father who was returning from Gulf. They had stopped their car at Thokottu on their way back and had gone to a hotel. The boy in the car had made the call from the telephone of their relative and had threatened that a bomb is kept at railway station.

The bomb disposal squad and the police had conducted inspection of the place and found that it was a hoax call.

The police produced the boy in a juvenile court and he is released on bail. The assistance from Cyber cell was obtained during the investigation.

    Even he is a minor he should have get some punishment for this "serious joke". nobody should play with someones life. In that one hour stopped trains might have did much effect in somebody's life.
