New Delhi, Sep 23 (IANS): President Pranab Mukherjee Tuesday congratulated Indian medal winners at the ongoing Incheon Asian Games.
Mukherjee congratulated Saurav Ghosal (squash), Abhinav Bindra, Ravi Kumar and Sanjeev Rajput (all shooters).
“Please accept my heartiest congratulations and good wishes. The nation is proud of your performance. I wish you the very best for all future endeavours,” the president said in a statement.
While Ghosal clinched India's first squash silver at the Asiad, Bindra first led the men's team, comprising Ravi and Rajput, to clinch the 10 metre air rifle bronze and then won the individual bronze in the same category.
