Kuwait, Sep 23: United Mangaloreans Kuwait (UMK) is all geared up to host the fifth 'Fun Filled Evening 2014,' on Friday October 3 at American International School Auditorium, Maidan Hawalli from 4 pm onwards.
The objective of the group is to help the underprivileged back home in Mangalore.
In the past four years, UMK has contributed around Rs 44 lacs to Shena Sadan HIV aids center - Mangalore, Navachetana Special School - Venur, White Doves - Mangalore and Little Sisters of Poor - Mangalore. This was possible only due to the overwhelming support from the sponsors and well-wishers who have contributed generously.
This year, UMK will present a Konkani comedy drama 'Sagle Dinvchen Thane…!, written by Pradeep Barboza - Paladka and directed by Ronald D’Souza- Mulki along with a variety of lively melodious songs and foot-tapping dances, in aid of Manasa (Rehabilitation and Training Center) Pamboor, Udupi district and De Mercede Orphanage (a home for destitute children) Deralakatte, Mangalore.
All are invited to participate in this fun-filled event and be part of a worthy cause.
