Mangalore, Sep 4: Abhishek Poojary (26), a resident of Sundari Bagh in Ullal, was stabbed in the abdomen by two unknown persons, who approached him on a Pulsar motor bike. Poojary was admitted into a private hospital in the city. The incident occurred at around 11.30 pm on Wednesday September 3. Abhishek was shifted immediately to a private hospital in the city in serious condition.

Abhishek was returning to his home in his motor bike along with his friend, Shivaraj (26), after working out in a gymnasium, when his motor bike was intercepted. Shivaraj was seated on the pillion. The friends were coming from the direction of Thokkottu to Sundaribagh, and the incident occurred at Bastipadpu.

It is gathered that one of the kidneys of Abhishek was removed as it was badly damaged in the stabbing incident. His condition continues to be critical.

Relating to the incident, a large number of residents from Ullal, led by BJP leaders like Chandrahas Uchil and zilla panchayat vice president, Satish Kumpala, laid siege to Ullal police station on Thursday September 4 morning. Police commissioner, R Hitendra, visited the spot, gave a patient hearing to the complaints of the people, and assured that patrolling will be intensified in Ullal at night, strict action will be taken against those who disturb peace, and anyone found loitering without purpose will be arrested.

A number of citizens at the spot complained that incidents of this kind have been occurring in Ullal quite frequently since sometime, as the law enforcement agencies have failed to contain anti-social elements. They also said that in a number of minor cases, affected people do not come forward to register complaints, as they feel that this exercise will be futile.

When politics enters in a humanitarian issue, the original serious issue will be kept in the freezer and politics will rule!Same thing happens in this case also.It is not the issue of BJP only instead issue of CIVILIZED SOCIETY and law and order problem.Vicinity of Ullal is very very sensitive even a small matter enough to go for all out war between the communities.BJP should refrain in making such issue as political.

Hindu religion & community well known for the dedication, sacrifices & loyalty...! They believe in Every human living soul dissolving in a gods shape. They believe god living in every living human. Thats why by mistake if some one stamped other person, they worship him in a shape of god. Within the community, they see god live in every human body as god & thats why they fall in to feet. What a great & beautiful believeness. Even same thing we Christians believe.

But sad thing is that, now a days by mixing up & baseless, meaning less, senseless, quality-less, humanity-less politicians playing politics within such a healthy atmosphere forming few groups formed/developed like mushrooms to spoil every thing. By forming & attacking other communities, religions, these categories thinking they can save community/religion. By those actions, every human originality is fading, getting damaged & result is nil....nothing. Just like go on peel the onion & finally you find there is no onion. By Grudge, by enmity, by anger, by jealous, you cant build a emperor or religion. Killing human means you are inviting curse from god to a country & self. Hope & pray, people love & live.
