Our beloved Archbishop has spoken the real truth. This worksop is the awareness programme to make people understand the problems and difficulties of each institution. We n schools feel our minority rights have been denied. The Provident Fund is a burden. In this context I appreciate the KROSS and KRCE for enlightening all with the help of Stalwarts like Mr Robinson D,Souze, Mr Vincent Concessao, Fr Edward and others. We Christians have to join together to serve our community.

Thanks to Daijiworld for the news coverage. It is very appropriate that the teaching and non teaching fraternity know the rights of the children and their duties. Ignorance of law is not an excuse. Hats of to KROSS and KRCe for organizing such a good workshop to enlighten the concerned. All the Education Societies and their Managements need to organize such awareness camps and trainings

    Dear Rev. Fr. Peter,
Congratulations on your initiative on taking up this grave issue threatening young minds in schools, where safety of children is of utmost importance.
At the same time, on the onset of young boys in their teens becoming rapists at such a tender age, I hereby request you to initiate/organise workshops for children from the age group of 13-18 to counsel them on rape, implications of the law and the consequences affecting their future.

Congrats to KROSS and KRCE for organising this workshop on today's boiling issues. Awareness on these Policies and Acts should be given time to time to all the Heads of the Institutions. I do agree with Archbishop Dr. Bernard Moras, the child abusers should be severely punished.

KROSS & KRCE has done a commendable job in having this workshop for institution heads from all over Karnataka. It is high time that sex education is introduced in schools and little toddlers right from UKG/KG should be made aware of good and bad touch.
A word of appreciation to Fr. Peter Brank, Director, KROSS and Fr. Eugene Lobo, Secretary, KRCE for conducting this Workshop which has left a an imprint on the minds of the participants.

Indeed several others including me join the chorus of Archbishop Bernard Moras. Any crime against a child should be severely dealt with by The Law Enforcement Branch of The Police Department.

These crimes are on the increase and in the face of the prevailing situation the nation should rise against any kind of a crime against children bearing in mind that these children are our future hope.

Kudos to you Archbishop Bernard on your thought provoking statement.

Rightly said by Archbishop Moras sir. School children are not safe and the crimes are increasing day by day as the police, law and the government are least bothered in punishing the culprits. The children should be encouraged by parents as well as teachers to share any kind of abuse faced by them. Please teach your children on their safety tips. Sexual abuse of minor children should be dealt with severely.
