Beltangady: 15-year-old boy accused of raping 45-year-old woman

Daijiworld Media Network - Beltangady

Beltangady, Aug 31: In a shocking incident, a 15-year-old boy allegedly raped a 45-year-old woman who was alone in her house.

The incident was reported at Padangady here on Sunday August 31.

A complaint in this regard was filed in Beltangady police station by the woman's daughter.

The complaint states that when the woman was alone at home, a boy from the neighbourhood came into the house, and after bolting the front door from the inside, he raped her.

Meanwhile, the woman's daughter came home and on finding the door locked, began calling out for her mother and knocking on the door. But there was no response, the complaint states.

She then noticed the boy inside the house and in her complaint, accused him of raping her mother. It is said that the victim suffers from memory loss.

Soon after the incident came to the knowledge of the locals, they caught hold of the boy and handed him over to the police.

Beltangady police have registered a case and further investigations are on.

With all the modern sex stimulator drugs/therapy it is possible to attain which appears to be impossible.

The teen ager who does fall for an old man may be for wealth and other crocked motives.

We have to remember that the freshness of intimacy is at its peak when both the genders are in their prime age and not 70 vs 19 (madness). That shows the dirty attitude and love for flesh. What he would do if he survives till 90. Would he begging with God to prolong his life because his partner is still young. Common.

Nothing is impossible in this world but there should be some limit for everything.

@ flavian , mangalore. I can give plenty of examples where 60 plus men got married to teen girls. Not in dreams but real. Men age slow and can procreate upto nineties. But in women case menopause starts at age 45.

Its not wrong in carving for trophy young bride and lolita relationships.are very practical. Please come out of narrow mindedness.

While condemning the above reported incident if it is for real, I personally feel this is a clear case of the older woman using an innocent boy child to satiate her carnal desires and when exposed, it was turned to rape giving a silly reason of "temporary amnesia"!!

This is quite common where older females take advantage of young boys and seduce them to satisfy their unfulfilled carnal desires by promising them food, gifts etc. and without the risk of being exposed as the youngster would have nothing to lose like the virginity (hymen) plus he would get enjoyment and gifts too (But in case of much younger children such episodes are sure to have life long psychological repercussions like PTSD, lack of confidence etc.!! But the question is what effect such encounters will have on the impressionable minds, he will surely go around for more or even to sex workers later on and become an addict!!

There are enough statistics available in advanced countries of how the boy child is abused even by very old women to satisfy their lust and 'fetishes'!!

Read this shocking incident which happened in and advanced country:

"An 11-year-old boy from Auckland, New Zealand, has become the world's youngest father after having a child with the 36-year-old mother of his school friend.....The contact is understood to have started in April 2012 when the boy and his friend took a day off school. They spent the day at the friend's home where the woman gave the boy alcohol and took part in a sexual encounter with him. It is understood the woman coerced the child into repeated sexual encounters over a number of months before becoming pregnant....

Google for yourself and read full story~.dailymail uk~!!

So much for the 'gender bias, which does not even report a single abuse case against the boy child, who is in fact as vulnerable as the girl child from both male and female adult perverted predators suffers in silence!! Jai Hind!

I liked your logical comments but I will never agree with 60 year oldie and teen aged girl...... All rubbish. May be possible in the old man’s dreams only.

Such way of life is prevalent in the Arab world with rich and non-functioning oldies. I knew some one who got married @ the age of 75 to a woman of 35.

If the incident interpreted in different way:-

    - The door was kept open (intentionally)
    - Boy enters and latches from inside
    - Everything takes place as planned and without any protest or violence
    - Bad luck daughter returns

Let the medical team/police investigate to find out the real facts.
If it is not rape what will be the punishment for the woman?

Why punish the woman or even the boy ? They both desired and consented.

Equality Flavian, someone is arguing that 60 year old man can marry a teenager (not bothered to ask whether the girl is willing), why make a hoopla when a woman is desiring a young boy ?

Who is filing a complaint here ? The third person ! That too giving an excuse that the woman has loss of memory - what has memory got to do here ?

    Mr. Braganza,

He can file a case as per the Act you stated, provided he was dragged to the house and made to rape the woman. If at all, it is any time possible for a man (or a boy for that matter) to rape under duress.

Secondly, when you say that a sixty year old man has right to marry a teenager, why not a woman of 45 desire to have sex with a teenager too ? Eh ?

    R. Fernandes,

The boy can be a victim when he is lured in with enticement like all those little girls were lured in and raped.

Secondly, being a man, you may know that a boy or an adult, one cannot rape unless he is physically/mentally agreeing to do the act - unless of-course he is forcefully fed with stimulants.

There have been many instances when female victims were not given justice for lengthy rape cases by branding them to have enjoyed it for such a length and now filing the charges because some misunderstanding took place.

Imagine here that the daughter had not found out what was going on inside, do you think the boy would have ran out of the house shouting 'Rape.. Rape..' ? Never ! In other words, he is not a victim, he is enjoying life with a woman as old as his mother and the woman with a boy as old his son.

Nothing less, nothing more - all charges here should be ped and they be left the way they want to live ! However, I will not agree the charges to be ped against minor girl victims because they are virgins and once virginity is lost to a rapist, they will never be in a mental state to accept a man again in their life nor a man is ready to accept a girl who underwent such a disgraceful past. On the contrary, a man readily gits proposals may he be a widower, rapists or a criminal !

    Lydia,
90% of the boys involved in this kind of incidents will not complain but they enjoy. Woman uses them by seducing and this is a kind of soft rape.
At the age of 15 he has got a taste of something and this is going to be dangerous for as far as his future is concerned and for society. Now who has to be blamed?
Now the problem is, when woman gets caught, she presses rape charges on opposite gender to safeguard herself which is very common now a days.

    R. Fernandes,

If this boy will prove dangerous to the society just because the woman made him so, what about so many rapists in India ? Including fathers raping their own daughter as well teachers abusing their students ? Where is the involvement of a woman here to have created such criminals ?

Secondly, the complaint is filed by the daughter, she will withdraw it too once she finds out that it was happening with the consent of both.

Dear Readers Please Note news says-"Meanwhile, the woman's daughter came home and on finding the door locked, began calling out for her mother and knocking on the door. But there was no response, the complaint states."

Well I think boy is being used for sex by this woman. and now daughter found out. She was so busy in Musth maja madi mode, that she did not hear her own daughter calling her. I am sure he is not the first victim.
I hope the law put this woman behind bars. These day what I see that just like men, even women tempt men to have physical relationship. When they feel the heat of the fear being caught, then its become a rape issue. Dear Readers it takes 2 hands to clap.I feel just like women, even men need safety and protection of the law when he is lured into false relationship, then accused. Law should be fair for both genders, equal and firm. These days law only supports woman, and she gets away with anything! I wish the law would punish both parties involved and be fair in justice.

I dont think this is a rape. If we go through the episode, if there was no mutual understanding between two the woman would have screamed and raised alarm! but in this case woman must have called the boy thinking that her daughter will not come so early. she had the pleasure from this young boy even before, who knows? In this case woman also should be questioned for spoiling, misleading and giving sexual training for these young boys. otherwise she will call some more young boys in future...

    AA, Doha Qatar,
    You are the joker AA.
It says the victim suffers memory loss. The victim is the woman in this case my friend and the boy is the accused.

My friend, memory loss for victim (woman), not for boy...
I am surprised so many people "agreed". They too thought the memory loss is for the boy?

The memory loss is for the woman(victim)!
But it seems she invites the boy when no one at home.
Now rape charge should be applied here on the woman for exploiting the boy.
