Neighbours beat brother-sister duo 'over a tree' in Goa

Ponda, Aug 11 (TNN): Four members of the Jogi family from Warkhandem-Ponda were held for assaulting a brother-sister duo in their neighbourhood on Saturday afternoon. They were released on bail in the evening.

Ponda police said the four family members — Amit, Ajit, Santosh and Jayanti — allegedly assaulted Shravani Naik and her brother Madan on Saturday.

Following a complaint lodged by Shravani, police arrested the Jogis and released them on bail later in the evening.
