Mumbai, Jul 22: Three days remaining for the biggest movie of the year to be released. 'Kick' has been in the news from the day it was announced.

Initially it was said that A R Murgadoss will direct the venture. Later Shirish Kunder was signed to direct the flick, but he backed out after his film 'Joker' was a disaster in the box office. Atlast Sajid Nadiawala, who was producing the film decided to turn director for this film.

'Kick's trailer was released a month back. Upon its release the trailer broke all the records on youtube. Salman's fans were excited with the promo. The film is scheduled to release on Eid, which is Salman's lucky day. All his previous blockbusters were released on Eid.

The music for the film has hit the right note. Songs like 'Jumme Ki Raat' and 'Hangover' have become chart busters. With everything going into its favour, the movie is expected to break 'Dhoom 3's opening day collections. But it does not look possible as 'Kick' is releasing on Friday July 25. Eid falls on July 29. So Ramadan period is still going on, which will affect the collections of the film.

The movie is expected to get a good opening, but we cannot expect it to break 'Dhoom 3's opening day collections of Rs 36 crores.
