Though there are tracks for speed and non-speed vehicles, no one seems to understand the lane discipline, specially truck drivers and many a time even auto rickshaws. RTO need to educate them and strict vigilance should be kept on drunken driving.

Garbage contains decaying, putrefying materials such as meat or vegetable or diapers so it stinks.
Truck tank contains(fuel) diesel so it moves.
Drivers tummy contains alcohol so no sense for obeying traffic rules. Truck lurks and causes accident at any time .This is the effect of alcohol on the truck. So who has to blame.?

Just this evening I was driving from Falnir to Bondel. At Padav Hills, I was confronted with a situation where a truck carrying garbage in front of me was driving slowly on the right side of the road thus blocking the passage to other vehicles. I was skeptical about overtaking the vehicle on the left side as I was afraid that the driver may change his mind any time and get to the left side with the result that I had to follow the truck for at least a few furlongs.

I am not surprised at all to read that four were injured because of the negligence of the truck driver.

It is time that the department of law and order take strict measures to enforce traffic rules.
