Rosaiah is New Governor of Karnataka

Bangalore, Jun 28: President Pranab Mukherjee on Friday assigned Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah additional charge of Karnataka. He will continue till a new governor is appointed.
 
Hans Raj Bhardwaj's term as Karnataka governor ends on June 28.
 
Dr Rosaiah, who will be arriving here on Saturday, June 28, at 9.05 pm from Chennai will be sworn in at a simple function at Raj Bhavan on Sunday, June 29, at 9 am.
 
After the swearing in ceremony, Governor Rosaiah will be leaving to Chennai on Sunday, June 29, at 11.20 am in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Chennai on the same afternoon, says an official communication from Raj Bhavan.

    Mr HR Bardwaj is demitting his office with bad note for his BIASED decisions which forced to debate on governors offices credibility ..He is totally wrong in his recent appointment of MLC for which he objected once to Mr Somanna.Shame on you Mr Baradwaj.

    Governor post is anyways a waste expenditure It's is just a central govts spying dept on the states to keep the state govts in check weather if it's their win give or the opposite party govt. no other use just a waste of tax payers money for retired life of some of ex politicians and party chamchas.
