Ajman, June 10: Blends & Brews Coffee Shoppe, a renowned international brand with its origins in UAE has opened two more outlets in Ajman Civil Defense Office and GMU Campus.
'Blends & Brews' presents a distinct and skillfully blended coffee, to provide unique flavor, which is tasty to the last drop. Brigadier Saleh Saeed Al Matrooshi, director general of civil defense in Ajman inaugurated the outlet in presence of civil defense officials. The new outlet in GMU Campus was inaugurated by Thumbay Moideen, founder president Thumbay Group UAE.
“We strive to maintain and offer high quality products to our valued customers. The demand and customer base has grown over the years and we do not want to disappoint them by limiting our presence. Hence we want to be available close to our clientele,” added Farhad.
He said, “Our strength is our training program which helped us maintain consistency over the years. Our staff is regularly trained at our academy.”
"Apart from offering its most delicious range of coffees and savories, the new outlets promises to add to its range, sugar free beverages, cakes and cookies, which will be available online too in the near future. This will be our value added benefit keeping in mind people who desist sugary products," said Farhad C, director hospitality division of Thumbay Group.
"It will be our endeavor to get closer to our patrons, who are connoisseurs of coffee. Our coffees have won many awards in various national and international competitions. Some of the awards include Best Signature Drink of the Year-2006, at the first UAE Barista Championship held at Dubai Trade Center in Association with DSS Summer Fiesta and ILLY Caffé," he said.
"Awarded 'Platinum Award' at the Indian BARISTA Championship for the Year 2007 -organized by ‘The Specialty Coffee Association of India and Coffee Board of India.' Our Barista represented Blends & Brews Coffee Shoppe at the World Barista Championship in Tokyo, Japan in July -2007,' he stated.
"As per the vision of our founder president Thumbay Moideen and the strategic plan of Thumbay Group, we are planning for addition of over 100 outlets in the next six to seven years within UAE and offer franchise to partners in other countries including MENA region and India," he concluded.
