Los Angeles, May 29 (IANS): Actors Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have called off their marriag after two years. Their decision comes nine months after they had a child.
The duo, who got married in 2012 and are parents to a nine month-old son, called it quits Wednesday, reports people.com.
"Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have decided to separate. They both love and respect one another and will of course remain committed to co-parenting their son. This is a mutual decision and the two remain close friends," said a source.
The pair welcomed a son last July and have chosen to keep his name a secret.
Wood announced on Twitter Wednesday that she was taking a break from social media for a while, and Bell, 28 deleted his account.
Wood, 26, and Bell first dated in 2005 after meeting on the set of the music video for Green Day's song "Wake me up when September ends." They split in 2006 and got back together to rekindle their romance in 2011, and eventually got married.
The actress was previously engaged to musician Marilyn Manson.
