Miley Cyrus heartbroken

Los Angeles, May 18 (IANS): Singer Miley Cyrus says she is still suffering from a broken heart following her dog Floyd's sudden death last month and somehow feels guilty.

Cyrus, who recently resumed her Bangerz world tour after being hospitalised last month for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics, was left heartbroken when her Alaskan Klee Kai dog named Floyd, was killed by a coyote, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

In a lengthy post about her grief on Twitter, the 21-year-old wrote: "There's nothing I want more than to lay and drown this pillow in my tears and think about all my should have, could have, would have."

She added: "I keep asking why would the world take my sweet boy from me? I'm just a baby myself...I depend on my mother still. I was Floyd's mommy. I don't know when the regret and the guilt will fade. I don't know if it ever will."

Cyrus feels she let her pet down as she couldn't protect him.

"My job was to protect him and I'm not a person that takes failure lightly...Today is one of those days where I can't open the curtains to see the sun..."

"open the windows to hear the world going on around me because to be honest I hate the fact that the world's still spinning. I want it to stop...I want everyone's heart to break the way my heart is breaking," she posted.
