Readers' Hub: Now, post your own news on Daijiworld

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore

Mangalore, May 9: As promised, daijiworld is here with something new and exciting for our esteemed readers. We have introduced a new column specially for our readers to post your news.

Yes, you got it right. You can now publish your own news on daijiworld under the new 'Readers' Hub' column in the home page by becoming a member free of cost.

Due to flood of news from all over the world on a daily basis, we are unable to give the required attention to each and every news item we receive, and despite our best efforts, some of the news items inadvertently go unpublished or are delayed due to some reason. To set right this problem and to let you know that we understand the value of your news, we have now given our readers the freedom to publish your own news, albeit with our editorial team's approval.

The news which you upload, after approval from our editorial team, will appear on the home page of daijiworld.com under the Readers' Hub section, in the middle of the page. The latest news uploaded will appear here, while the older ones, on the basis of time of publication, will appear in www.daijiworld.in along with the latest updates.

Get started

To upload a news item, you need to first register by providing your valid email id and unique password. Once your account is activated, you can login with your registered email id and password. On the top right-hand side, under your account, you will have the option to post articles. What's more, you can even upload a maximum of 20 photos with each news item, by clicking on the 'insert image' button in the article description frame.

We request you to read the terms and conditions carefully before registering for the service and adhere to them.

We invite all our readers to make the best use of this service.

I would also suggest Daijiworld to have a column whereby a reader could post a sensitive / critical problem / complaint in his area / locality which is not being looked into by the local Corporator / MCC. This column could put pressure on the local representative / MCC to act immediately.

It's very good idea, but should not be miss-used for any anti social articles or news so that your editorial section should not have more burden to go through and edit.

Congratulations DW for initiating another encouraging and innovative step to provide timely and improved quality information to readers.

Apart from happenings of incidents, the problems arising due to various circumstances and situations are also plenty and finding suitable solutions to severe problems also need to be our priority concerns. Therefore, this hub can also be used as a Discussion Forum to identity or raise issues, seek and recommend solutions. And the implementations of appropriate suggestions can give real and amicable solutions to the problems.
