Doha: Stage set for Tulu Koota's annual event - Artistes arrive

Doha, Apr 24: Internationally acclaimed flutist Pandit Pravin Godkhindi, along with well-known Sandalwood singer and Filmfare Award winner Hemanth Kumar and Shamitha Malnad arrived at Doha International Airport here on Thursday April 24 to perform at this year's Tulu Koota annual day celebration.

Tulu Koota Qatar, a socio-cultural organization of the expatriate community hailing from coastal Karnataka, affiliated to ICC under the aegis of Embassy of India, with members belonging to all the communities irrespective of caste and religion, is one of the most active Karnataka-based associations in Qatar

The annual day celebrations of Tulu Koota Qatar, scheduled to be held on Friday April 25 at Delhi Public School, Wakra, is expected to be a wholesome entertainer of the highest quality. The show will begin at 4 pm sharp.

On behalf of Tulu Koota Qatar, its president Seetharam Shetty has appealed to all the Tulu community people residing in Qatar to come in large numbers and take active part in the annual day celebrations.
