    Question?
what do you do with this collection?
    Goes to the state?
    Central:
    Revenue intelligence :
    Custom officers home
    Airport managers home
    Revenue intelligence home ?
    or the ex checker?
    where is the account ?
Meanwhile, what used to happen all these years since late 60s and early 70's when Gold control was in place ...?
but day and night crafts were discharging tons of gold from Dubai in Kasargoad - Bhatkal and Ratnagiri?
is this a nuclear science or open secret?

Most of the time gold in so much quantity is not belongs to these people. These people are only carriers and given approximately 1 lakh rupees per kilo. The gold belongs to some powerful gold retailers of Kerala. Government can reach to the root of this and can arrest those powerful retailers if government has the strong will power.

    Perfect grooming.
    or
    'Baptism by Gold'.
The things these people do is simply because of 'lack of basic education'. Governments over the years have used them only for 'vote banks'. Have never bothered in their true upliftment by providing them basic necessities like education ,health facilities, etc. it is only during 'election time' everybody wakes up and these poor people fall 'prey' again and again!! Education dear folks is the strongest weapon you can possess to ward of any obstacles and climb up the ladder of success.
