Upton threatens legal action over fake topless picture

Los Angeles, March 10 (IANS): Model Kate Upton has threatened to take legal action against the owners of a celebrity spoof website after its editors posted a fake topless photograph of her online.

A digitally altered photograph of the Sports Illustrated star with her assets exposed, was posted with the headline - “Kate Upton naked outtake from SI Swimsuit 2014”. It was published by bloggers at Celeb Jihad.

The image was quickly identified as a fake, but Upton's legal representatives are now demanding that the site owners remove the explicit snap - or face them in court.

"One of these photographs has even been airbrushed," said one of Upton's lawyer.
