Los Angeles, Feb 26 (IANS): Singers Katy Perry and John Mayer have reportedly parted ways.

A source said that Perry broke up with Mayer within the last few days. No other details about what made Perry take the decision have been shared, reports eonline.com.

Mayer also didn't accompany Perry on her recent trip to London and Milan.

The duo earlier sparked engagement rumours after Perry was spotted wearing a diamond ring.

The two first went public with their off-and-on romance in summer 2012.
