Mangalore: P P Hegde appointed to BJP National Security Cell

Mangalore, Feb 21: Distinguished advocate Padma Prasad Hegde (known as P P Hegde) from Mangalore has been nominated as the special invitee member of national executive of BJP National Security Cell.
He has also been appointed as the overseer of BJP National Security Cell and placed in charge of four states namely Goa, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
The nomination has been made by Rajnath Singh, national president of BJP, in recognition of Hegde's expertise in the field of law and contribution to society.
P P Hegde is presently the national chairman of Youth For Nation and he is also the member of Karnataka State Bar Council. He is the former vice-chairman of Karnaraka State Bar Council.
Hegde, a renowned and popular advocate from Mangalore, he is practising in the high court of Karnataka at Bangalore as well as in Supreme Court at New Delhi. He is a gold medallist in LLB and LLM. He is the founder president of Yuva Shakthi.
National Security Cell will also provide its inputs in formulating the BJP's election manifesto on the changes required in the laws of the land and the policy of the government to tackle various national security issues.
