Silverglades launch senior living community project


New Delhi, Feb 20 (IANS): Boutique real estate developer Silverglades and Age Ventures Thursday launched the national capital region's (NCR) first senior living community project - Melia-First Citizen.

"As a responsible developer, we feel proud to be part of a vision of a community that allows you to continue living in the style you are accustomed to along with the assurance of needs of advancing age being taken care of," said Anubhav Jain, director of Silverglades.

According to the company, the project is located strategically at Sector 35 in Gurgaon Extension, Sohna and is easily accessible from all parts of Gurgaon.

The project is just a 10 minutes' drive from Golf Course Extension Road and is in the vacinity of GD Goenka World School and KR Mangalam University.

"The senior citizen segment is emerging as a large market with discerning, experienced buyers," said Arun Gupta, chief executive, Age Ventures.

"To cater to this segment, we need to be sensitive to their needs and design a product that meets their expectations. This requires a critical evaluation and a holistic approach - Melia first citizen promises just that."
