Mangalore, Feb 19: Following the grand success of BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's 'Bharata Gellisi' rally on Tuesday February 18, district BJP president Prathap Simha Nayak on Wednesday February 19 thanked the party workers, volunteers, media and the public in general for supporting the rally wholehartedly.

Addressing a press meet here, he said, "BJP district unit is grateful to the people of the city who supported this rally. If anyone faced any inconvenience because of the rally, the district unit seeks forgiveness."

Appreciating the flow of people to the rally, he said that two lac people willingly took part in the rally.

"There is a Modi wave in the entire district. A stream of people from across the eight Assembly constituencies of the district flowed in, much beyond our expectations. People took part in the programme with good discipline. It is clear that people want a Congress-free nation," he said.

Pratap Simha further said, "Gujarat officers had said that the venue for the rally would be insufficient, but there was no choice. People should bring this to the notice of the MCC and hope that a larger ground in the outskirts of the city would be provided in future."

Referring to Modi's statement on areca farmers of the district, Pratap Simha said that the BJP would include a resolution to provide a permanent solution to the victims of areca growers in its manifesto.

On the proposed Yettinahole project, he said, "D V Sadananda Gowda had said that the project should be initiated only after considering the views of the people of the district and suggestions of experts. Presently, the Congress government in the state has four ministers from the district and they should raise their voice."

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Devdas Shetty, Sathish Prabhu, Sanjay Prabhu, Diwakar Samani were present.

Most of the people wanted to see Modi in Live. In fact, I wanted to see Modi, projected as the tallest leader or savior of Bruhuth Bharath (Bale Chaa parka guy)but it is not guaranteed that I shall Vote for Nalin Kumar Kateel, who cracked a joke (Melodrama) about Gandhi Family's gift to our Nation that is Terrorism. Citing Mahatma Gandhi killed by Godse's three Bullets, Indiara Gandhi killed by Sardarji's 26 Bullets and Rajeev Gandhi killed by a LTTE's Bomb. What is funny about it???. It shows that he is a sadist. Thank God Modi was not available to listen to his melodramatic speech.

This paid crowd is a Old technique by corrupt & selfish political parties who don't have trust otherwise....people are smart enough and enough educated now to know what is happening around. We want to save our country, we want to live peacefully, we want individual development & freedom..and not the selfish motive of these politicians and industrialists. "favour the budget and law as to benefit the industrialists and in return, they would fill the secret accounts of politicians."

Announced expectation was 1.5 lakhs. Police expectation was 75000.Actual was around 25000 people only. How this becomes beyond expectations? There is no wave or cave.BJP is not taken seriously in Karnataka and will not be taken seriously for at least 10 more years. People are sick of corruption, violence, moral policing, attacks on minorities and lawlessness witnessed during the BJP rule. So shameless is the BJP's PM candidate that he has guts to sit beside one of the most corrupt politicians of Karnataka- Yeddi.

Around 3 to 4 thousand people participated in the rally, most of them are paid and hired participants. BJP brought the people from Shimoga, North Canara, Madikeri & Bijapur also. BJP had very bad experience in last assembly election in Karnataka, wherever Modi gone, BJP defeated there. This time also going to happen the same thing. Namo fans will be disappointed after LS polls. Jai Hindustan.

Modi is an excellent orator. Surely People, including from other parties will go to hear him.
Last year Prior to Assembly elections, RSS organized a massive rally!
What happened in the elections held thereafter? BJP was rooted!
Crowd participating in the rally doesn't ensure election prospects!
Only work and administration by the party decides an election.

The number of people attended in the rally doesn’t mean that Sriman Nalin Kumar Katil will win the election. People will gather from across the state if you give them a daily wage plus something (It may be congress rally, BJP rally any..). But In reality is after turning the rally they will think what did our present MP?..What is his contributions? Most of the people don’t know who is DK MP? He was hiding since four years. Suddenly he wake up due to the next election.

Hitler had much larger crowds, but we all know what that Fascist did in the end.

Secondly, Which clown will be standing for elections? Nalin? who till date hasn't raised any important question, has a poor attendance record in Lok Sabha and has totally failed to bag projects for Mangalore. Even worse, he opted to hide when there was violence, moral policing and conflicts in Mangalore.

He is one MP who caters to the right wing extremists rather than the society. Does developing Mangalore deserve such inefficient and incompetent MP?

Lastly, Feku talks about lack of democracy in Congress (which might be true) but we all know that BJP including FEKU is remote controlled from Nagpur.
