Pure carelessness from the Drivers side.he should also think he himself is in the first place will be effected when anything happens.and second other innocent People .his fast driving, and most probably his goods(cylinders)were also not properly set suppose any accident happens. That is also important.Important also is, a Driver who is having enough practice and the vehicle also should be fit to carry such inflammable material .Not anyone Driver and without keeping Speed Limit are not good.

Great escape and great lesson for police. Speed limit of such vehicles must be very very slow. Sack the driver and give him other job, please else, he will kill many if he drinks & drive like that. Police take action on drivers who carry hazardous materials and drive recklessly. If it had burst, then imagine the situation. Catch the driver now and train him.

When a vehicle carries any inflammable goods the driver should be more utmost care for his reach to the concerned destination.Education bit less knowledge is always lacking in this part.
