Former minister S A Ramdas booked for suicide bid

Mysore, Feb 13 (DHNS):
A day after former minister S A Ramdas allegedly attempted to end his life, the Kuvempunagar police on Wednesday booked him for attempt to suicide.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) A N Rajanna told Deccan Herald that a case had been registered against Ramdas under Section 309 of the IPC. The action followed a complaint filed by Nagendra, the driver of Ramdas, who was present at the guesthouse near Vivekananda Circle when the latter attempted suicide.

According to the complaint, a “strange sound” emerged from the room in which Ramdas had locked himself around 9.30 pm on Tuesday. Suspecting something amiss, Nagendra reached the room through the attached bathroom of an adjacent room.

“Ramdas had already tied his neck with a bedsheet and was trying to kick the chair beneath, when I went to his rescue,” according Nagendra’s statement to the police. It states that a “disturbed” Ramdas entered the guesthouse around 6 pm, and was on the phone for many hours. He refused to have dinner even after his brother Srikanth Das asked him for it.

Dr Somanath, Medical Superintendent of Apollo BGS Hospitals, where Ramdas has been admitted, said the patient was responding to treatment.

On ventilation

“He is currently on ventilator support. It may take at least a week for him to recover. Neurologist Dr Bopaiah and ICU in-charge Dr Harish Nayak are treating him,” he said. A source in the hospital said that Ramdas had seizures twice and hence was kept under observation in the ICU.

Though there were no marks on his neck indicating strangulation, there was lack of blood circulation to the brain. MLCs Go Madhusudhan and C H Vijayashankar, legislator Appachchu Ranjan and former MLC L R Mallikarjunappa visited the hospital.

Sathya Premakumari, currently a second division clerk at the deputy commissioner’s office in Tumkur, had alleged that Ramdas married her secretly only to desert her later.

The girl is equally wrong with Ramadas. How could she build a illegal relationship with a married person? How could she cheat a woman (wife of MrRamadas. Whatever the issue between the couple it's their family matter. But a good woman never allows anyone live with her without a legal relationship. If she's cheated, herself is responsible for it. Both are done wrong.

Why can't be a trick from BJP guys to get rid of Ramdas? BJP guys are very famous for this as they tried to pull Yeddy's chaddi all the time and Yeddy had to form KJP. Now what is the guarantee that BJP guys like Eshwarappa and Anant Kumar don't pull Yeddy's chaddi??? But my question still remains the same..why Ramdas had to commit suicide???

“Even the people who once fought for others tend to get weak and eventually "give up" and lose interest in the worth of fighting any longer.”
Suicidal ideation are thoughts about how to kill oneself, which can range from a detailed plan to a fleeting consideration and does not include the final act of killing oneself.
The majority of people who experience suicidal ideation do not carry it through.
Some may, however, make suicide attempts.
Some suicidal ideations can be deliberately planned to fail or be discovered, while others might be carefully planned to succeed.

Why Suicide? He is a ex minister of bjp Govt. knowing there is law, he would have complained to police if he is not made any mistakes,
He should have booked under many IPC
    cheating,second marriage,extra marital affairs,sex,forceful transfers, threatening to a woman, etc,etc..

A sorry state of affairs from all angles. Many points emerges from the episode...
    1. How can a former Minister for Higher Education for God's sake be embroiled in all this?
    2. He definitely was not in 'good company'.
3.The lady in question ,the less said about her the better.
4.Suicide attempt after phoning this lady who was addressing the 'Press'live and who put the phone on loud???
The worst uneducated ,illiterates would not behave the way these two did.
Now it's only the 'Humanitarian Angle' and it is in this connection only the Former Minister deserves some sympathy.
Only his 'followers' can find 'everything right' with what he did.

The election is nearing. Dirty congis have started their dirty jobs again. Recording others video, putting hidden camera in bedroom, bathroom and then releasing CD.

I hope everyone heard the history of the lady PREMA KUMARI in news channels yesterday. She was married twice previously, got suspended once from her duty in Chickmangalur and has several relationships.

When Ramadass's name is making rounds for a BJP Mysore LS candidate, Congis got frustrated. They did catch hold of this lady (and these dirty congis don't get any good person for their faces) and started playing their game. Because they know they can't win from the front door.
We have seen these tricks in Udupi last year...

We BJPians pray for speedy recovery of Ramadas.

Most of the Congi/BJP and all other party leaders might have committed suicide, i.e. Most of them were blamed for corruption, cheating, land grabbing, involved with the ladies, blue films, etc. The supporters like you might have committed suicide when these leaders committed suicide like one of SAR committed suicide
