Mangalore: Poojary, Lobo distribute financial aid

Mangalore, Feb 12: Veteran Congress leader B Janardhan Poojary, along with MLA J R Lobo and others visited the house of Jeevan Bangera, in Bokkapatna. Bangera was a Congress worker and a painter by profession who lost his life after he slipped down three floors while at work. Poojary and Lobo and handed over a compensation cheque of Rs 60,000 to the kin of the deceased on Tuesday February 11.

Offering solace to the family of Bangera, Poojary asked them to use the compensation in the right way. He directed the wife of the deceased to give good education to her daughter and said that he would support them in meeting her educational needs.

He also visited the house of Purushotham Kotian, who has been suffering from cancer and gave him Rs 8,000 to help him with his medical needs.

Leaders Shashidar Hegde, Harikrishna Bantwal, T K Sudhir, Mohan Shetty, Kamalaksha Salian, Dennis D’Silva, Jayakar Samarth, Ganesh Kumble, Yashawanth Bolar, and Shashiraj were present.

    Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime.
    This CONGRESSMEN become active before elections.
    All hogwash and natak.
    Instead :
    set up technical -poly technique colleges and impart -hands on Technical training and build skills and provide employment-
    - Give them health insurance.
    Build more govt state hospitals .
    Educate family planning to plan families as per their resources.
    Bring the money -Gold nuggets blocked money out of temple floors -and use it revive the economy and artificial inflation and poverty -this is man made.
    Instead, build co-operative industries like AMUL.
    - NIRMA industries.
    -Lijjath paapad TYPE.
    -Generate self employment- cottage scale- small scale - medium scale industries - bring clusters of industries.
    Give them projects training-seed capital -technical support rather than HOG WASH is bringing media for publicity and handing over some pocket money.
    Build rehabilitation centers - handicapped- Old age homes, etc. rather than wasting precious time
    With EYE EASH publicity-todays JANATHA is clever-intelligent -you can never buy- rig -influence the voters -those were the days my friend JANARDHAN.
    Do some constructive -practical -pragmatic Quality works worthy of attention and public appreciate.

    Mr. Poojary...Good education in Rs.60,000? You are mocking the family. You people got into the habit of distributing small time money to people and get their vote. You never tried to empower them. Instead of that recommend her a job so that she can take care of her children. These families should understand this type of opportunism.
