Mangalore: Ullal unrest - Police arrest key accused

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (EP)

Mangalore, Feb 11: Police on Monday February 10 arrested two persons who allegedly provoked the recent unrest in Ullal area.

File Photo

The arrested are identified as Mohammed Shabeer alias Mohammed Kabeer alias Chebbi, a resident of Kotepura, and Abdul Mannan alias Munaf, a resident near Barka Factory.

Mannan is also a suspect in the murder case of Kabeer Fish oil mill security guard, sources said.

The two are accused of entering the houses of women in the vicinity of Mogaveerapatna and troubling them.

Tension broke out February 4 night when they allegedly entered the houses of fisherwomen. The two accused were absconding since then.

Ullal police have subjected the two for interrogation to find out the motive behind their act.

Find the root causes and punish the culprits in the spirit of true justice.
Nobody has the right to take the law in their hands whatever may be the situation. There should be strict action against organized racial comments and communal attack.

Very good job by the police! This arrest of key people responsible for Ullal unrest has put a full stop to all the speculations. Slap goonda charges against them and keep them behind bars permanently! Bail to criminals is the main cause for all the continued violence in the society!

Please note, one of the arrested was involved in Kabeer Fish Oil Mill's security guard. What is the name of the deceased by-the-way ?

Obviously, the mill owned by a certain religion's member will not appoint a guard from rival religion ? Secondly, a follower of same religion will not slain a fellow-follower ? To have done this murder he must have been paid as much as to go above his head ? Now, who bought him ?

Many wolves in goats' hide exist. I hope my speculation will reach to reality at-least in some points.

All those creating religious unrest should be dealt with so firmly that they should shiver with fright the next time they contemplate such action.
Do the political parties have the Ba##s to pass such a law when they themselves are supporting these criminals?

Your "Puppets" working under your "Communal". WOW , that means there is a good communal harmony, then if both are working together for a cause. Appreciate it, don't break it. At least don't prejudge like some brainwashed congress voter. Guilty might be communal or a Puppet , whoever it is should be booked for breaking law. We dint accuse anyone before the cops came out.

Looks like Siddu has given police a free hand to deal firmly with anti-social elements, which was lacking during the erstwhile infamous BJP regime wherein police itself colluded with goons. This is the exact difference.

At last the root cause of communal disturbance in Ulla has came to light. This was well predicted much earlier.Police should now unearth the deep rooted conspiracy of unleashing roits in a peaceful area of honest Mogaveer community.Police should ignore Poli-ticians and be guided by Singham movie.
    Hats off to Mangalore/Ullal Police.

The root cause was already known to predict on the day one an all the locals knew it also. Its just that Internet Kaisevak member of Pappus 500 crore makeover clan, deliberately dint want to admit it and tried their best to Blame it on SanghPariwar. But sadly for them, they couldn't stop the truth from prevailing, ...as always.
