The drainage line from Nanthoor Cross junction to Kaikamba Kulshekar has been kept in abeyance. All around this vicinity building and villas are connected to proper drainage system, but the section as mentioned above is left unattended, resulting in an overflow of sewage on the main road. This can be seen near Essel Star area. Can Mr. Lobo kindly do something to help us?

We just want footpaths for Mangalore city. For Humans no value here. They die crossing road, or walking on roads. The People who own vehicles think roads are only made for them and not for others. So give priority to footpaths, so the common people can walk freely.

Enough praising. It is a loan from Asian Development Bank. So Mangaloreans who pay the taxes will end up paying through their nose. J R Lobo's KUDCEMP projects are still not finished. Drains are overflowing near Kadri Kambla area. But interest on the previous ADB loan is already paid, but loan may be still exist. This is like Credit Card's holder's life "Live like a Lord and die like a dog". One good news is that many City Engineers and Contractors will own Honda City while Citizens will loose the City to ADB.

Lobo are these projects implemented or approved only? There's a long gap between these two. There's a place in Mangalore which was laid foundation 40 years back by a Mangalore congress MLa still work has not started, but I am sure you are much better than him. Why don't you chair a big congress leader meeting to give the progress of these projects and completion of the project rather than make a fictitious show before even these projects start? The Lok Sabha election is nearing correct?

So, Lobo sir, please show the difference in implementing all the projects you mentioned. Also, many places I could see pending for Govt approval, fisheries authorities to approve.... Hurrey Mr. Lobo, the honest MLA of Mangalore city. People should not criticize the good work whoever done it. I remember that the work of kudcemp was a total failure. Likewise the works announced by Mr. Lobo should not be the same. If it is commenced arrangement for proper
Supervision must be done. If it is from the private sector, it will be better. I don't understand why the railway underpass at Mahakali Padpu is not started. It's not in the priority list. Underpass at kudipady is very difficult, there is no proper approached road on either side. Like in Padil also there is no sufficient gap considering the traffic and the flow of rain water. Mr. Lobo u should concentrate on Mahakalipadpu underpass please.

We expect good footpaths in the city. In kadri park, more greenery should be maintained. In Hampankatta, signal free done is welcomed, but pedestrian fate is not taken into. It is a shame to us, being a developed city, we have no proper Bus stand. New bus stand to be built for not gaining to individual, but it should be people friendly. Mr. Lobo is not only a politician but also a good administrator. That's why people of Mangalore have chosen him. We expect a better future.

Adv. H. A. D' Souza, You must be aware, Mr. Lobo was a highly successful bureaucrat over the past 40 years firmly footed and was not lost between rail and track analogy. He is a politician just very recently. Therefore, Mr. Lobo can’t be compared with other politicians or it is too early to compare !!. Instead, we have to give him sufficient time to come to a logical conclusion about him.

Secondly, if State govt's works are continuously going on the entire year, why we did not find them in the last 8 years except some concrete roads ??. Therefore, in the past, none of the politicians had taken any credit on state sponsored works which they knew not. Projects worth Rs 461.55 crore is brainchild of Mr. Lobo and it is not a accidental phenomena to mock with. I had the opportunity to discuss with MLA Lobo, while he had visited Qatar recently. His vision for Mangalore is his Mission.
All who are skeptics and pessimistic, please bear with me for some time, the Commission of Bureaucrat-MLA will be a ground reality, it will be a happening very soon.

State govt's work is continuously going on entire year, no politicians take the credit for that. Some bureaucrats are doing more work than the politicians.

Prabhuji yes, I agree with you. Mangalore is very much behind in terms of development when compared to other cities. Just constructing 2-3 big malls we will not call it as development. The city should be developed in terms of infrastructure which Mangalore is very much far behind now compared to other 2 tier cities like Coimbatore, Kochi, Vizag, Mysore, Madurai etc. Also, I have seen in our own states the smaller cities than Mangalore like Shimoga, Davangere, Hassan etc are developing very fast when compared to Mangalore.

Has Mr Lobo become the Chief Minister of DK because it appears that of the three MLA's of the DK area only he is getting all the money and all "his" projects cleared and implemented.Shame shame.
Have the other two MLA's given up the ghost or are they just dummies for the areas that they have been elected to.
Mr Khadar/ Mr Bawa have you both disappeared or are you doing nothing for the areas that come under your control.
Going thru Daijiworld I find that Lobo has got cleared over 1000 crores without a Corporation in operation, but you two have got just a pittance .
