Mumbai, Jan 13: Swami Vishvesha of Pejavar math, Udupi released Video and DVD of ‘Toulava Nityanustanam,’ produced by Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel, managing director of Sanjeevini Hospital, Andheri (East) and president of Association of Medical Consultants, Mumbai in memory of his parents Kateel Sanjeev and Katyayini Rao to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of Dr Suresh Rao, during the function held at Adamar mutt, Irla, Andheri (West) here on Saturday January 11.
Speaking on the occasion, Swami Vishvesha said that one gets spiritual awakening by practicing religion. Brahmin who are practicing the principles of Madwa Achrya and non-Brahmin Hindus deserve this CD to practice their faith. It would lead to global peace, said Swami Vishvesha.
Swami Vishwapriya of Adamar mutt, Swami Vidhyadisha of Palimar mutt, Swami Vidhyesha of BhandarikerE Udupi, Kateel lineage family chief priest Vedamurti Harinarayan Asranna, Bangalore-based Poornaprajna Vidhya Peeta principal Dr H Satyanarayan Acharya were the guests of honor present.
Swami Vishwapriya felicitated Dr Suresh S Rao couple, for producing the CD that is the greatest contribution to sustain the religious practices in Hindu household families.
Speaking on the occasion, Swami Vishwapriya said that Gayantri mantra is effective in case of chaos in life. The CD can educate the people on the benefits of Gayantri mantra. It can contribute for the progress of society, said Swami Vishwapriya.
Swami Vidhyadisha said that one should live a fruitful life on earth. Each Brahmin who follows daily rituals that are prescribed in CD can contribute for global peace, said Swami Vidhyadisha.
Laxminarayan Bhat, Srivasta Bhat, Rajashekar Bhat recited the Vedic chants, while Dr Suresh Rao delivered the introductory address. Vidhyavihar – Ambika Adinateshwar Mahaganapati temple chief priest Vedamurti Pernankila Haridas Bhat and Sri Krishna Vittala Pratistan founder president Vidwan Kairabettu Vishwanat Bhat compered the programme.
The internationally-acclaimed mandolin instrumentalist Padmabhushan Vidwan Srinivas presented musical extravaganza on the occasion.
Dr Suresh urged the gathering to view Video/DVD of ‘Nityanustanam' and daily practice the different rituals for greater happiness and spiritual-bliss.
