Los Angeles, Jan 11 (IANS): Newly separated Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie have agreed to share custody of their son Luca.
The 26-year-old singer-actress, who confirmed Friday she had separated from the former professional ice-hockey player after less than four years of marriage, has already decided that they will have joint custody of their 21-month-old son, said her mother Susan Duff.
Susan also hinted that they are preparing to file for divorce soon, reports tmz.com.
"They're better friends than a married couple,” she said.
Hilary's mother says she is still a big fan of Mike, 33, and there are no hard feelings between the former couple, who exchanged vows in Santa Barbara, California in August 2010.
