Sullia: Accident at Subramanya claims lives of two students

Sullia, Jan 11: Two college students were killed when a tempo traveller carrying Ayyappa devotees rammed into their bike at Kulkunda near Kukke Subramanya here on Saturday January 11.
The deceased have been identified as Raghavendra (21), a resident of Mardhala near Kadaba, and Deekshith (21), a resident of Panja here.
Both were final year degree students of Kukke Shree Subramanya College here.
Raghavendra and Deekshith were riding towards Subramanya from Kadaba, when a tempo traveller carrying Ayyappa devotees from Subramanya to Dharmasthala rammed into them.
The impact of the collision was such that both the youngsters got thrown on to the road and sustained critical injuries. They were rushed to Kadaba hospital where they breathed their last.
Subramanya police have registered a case.
