Mangalore, Jan 11: The assistant manager of Gurpur Vajradehi Math has alleged that the CD of Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat's speech at the recent Hindu Sangama was doctored by Mohammed Usman of Mallur who had filed a complaint against K P Bhat for making provocative statements against other communities.

Assistant manager of the Math Sudhakar submitted a private complaint to the JMFC court stating that the CD was fake. The court directed the Bajpe police to file an FIR against Usman.
Sudhakar said that Prabhakar Bhat and Chakravarthi Sulibele, against whom Usman had filed complaints of making infammatory speeches, had only spoken against injustice meted out to Hindu society. "Mohammed Usman of Mallur has prepared a bogus CD and lodged false complaint against the leaders in Bajpe police station," he stated.
In view of the developments, the JMFC court of Mangalore has ordered filing of FIR against the complainant.
Sudhakar stated in the complaint that Usman's claim that he was passing by Vajradehi Math on the evening of Hindu Sangama at 7 pm was false and that Usman lodged a false complaint in Bajpe police station in order to create a rift between Hindus and Muslims.
As the police took no action in this regard, he had lodged a private complaint in the court through advocate P P Hegde, Sudhakar said.
The court which heard the arguments, ordered Bajpe police to file an FIR under sections 153 and 295A of the Indian Penal Code against Usman, informed Bajrang Dal convener Sharan Pumpwell.
