M'lore: Devotional music album released at Infant Jesus Shrine

Mangalore, Jan 10: A new music album CD of Carmelites was released at Infant Jesus Shrine, Carmel hill on Januray 9 evening during the 6 pm mass.

Fr Antony Serrao  the parish priest of Bendur parish released the CD. This CD contains 12 melodious devotional hymns.

Five are composed by Fr AlwynSequeira , three by Fr Richard Menezes, three by Fr Praveen Dsouza and one by Fr Anil Prashanth. Music is scored by Joel Periera and Roshan Dsouza. Fr Pius James, the superior of Carmel hill monastery, Fr Elias Dsouza OCD, in charge of Infant Jesus shrine, Fr Leo from Jeppu Seminary, Fr Richard Menezes  were present at the occasion.

The CDs will be available at the Infant Jesus Shrine stall, Carmel Hill during all novena masses.

    Congratulations and Wishing you all the best for the CD. Hymns composed by Fr.Alwyn and by Fr.Praveen for their earlier albums were really meaningful and melodious. I hope the CD's and the music notations of the new album will be available at Mira Road at the earliest.

    Congratulations to my friend and great musician Fr Alwyn Sequeira, Fr Richard, Fr Praveen and Fr Anil, Congratulations for your new devotional CD. May this CD touch the heart and minds of many and may it give God experience to all listeners. Good luck. Happy feast to Superior Fr James, Shrine director Fr Elias, all the fathers and brothers. I am not able to attend shrine feast due fixed program
