Mangalore: Marian Projects awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification

Mangalore, Nov 22: Marian Projects Pvt Ltd has been certified for ISO 9001:2008 by the British Standards Institute (BSI), for the development, construction and contract management of residential and commercial buildings.

The certificate was presented to Marian Projects managing director Naveen Cardoza by BSI zonal manager Lakshmipathy in the presence of the business development manager Nuthan Kumar and client manager Harish L Shastry.

Marian Projects director operations, Ujwal D’Souza, management representative Nancy Lobo and other senior staff were present on the occasion.

The company has established its presence in the Mangalore real-estate scenario and has delivered 303 homes from 11 projects in a short span of 5 years. The company is poised to take up multi-storeyed building in the coming years and has planned projects to suit all segments of the society.

With the ISO 9001:2008 Certification, Marian Projects has established itself in the world’s most established quality framework, setting the standard not just for quality management systems, but for management systems in general.
