M'lore: Annual feast celebrated at Alangar Church

Mangalore, Oct  31: The annual parish feast of Our Lady of Rosary Church, Alangar, was celebrated on Thursday October 31. The theme was "to let us be strong in the faith like Mother Mary".

Fr Valerian Menezes, judicial Vicar of the diocese was the main celebrant and preacher. He preached about profound truth in simple words. He called upon the people to practice what they believe.

More than 27 priests and large crowd of devotees were present. Minister Abhayachandra Jain visited and greeted. Hundreds of people visited the Church and offering the votive candles.

Fr Basil Vas parish priest thanked all.

On Tuesday evening there were vespers, conducted by Fr Maxim Rosario, Seminary.
