Dubai, March 26: It was an eleven-hour non-stop music fest in the Shaikh Rashed Auditorium of Indian High School of Dubai on March 24 Friday where over 2000 audience remained glued to their seats right until the end of the show to encourage new talents of the Middle East who had reached the final round, to win the coveted 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Middle East Muqabala' contest.

A well-diciplined audience witnessed not only the best of talents who were qualified from Bahrain, Oman and Qatar apart from UAE, but also saw singing sensation Shaan compering the show with his superb skills and singing talent.

Ismail Darbar and Jatin Pandit were the judges for the final.

The event started at 3.00 pm on Friday and went on until 2.00 am (early hours of Saturday).

Mridula from Dubai and Siddarth from Dubai have won the finals.


The runners-up were Rashmi of Dubai and Rayan of the Sultanate of Oman.



The Judges

The finalists were chosen after a gruelling audition of 5000 people in a show that travelled to Bahrain, Doha and Oman as well.

Zee TV will telecast the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Middle East Muqabala - 2006 from March 26 Sunday 8.00pm.
