Islamabad, Oct 15 (IANS): Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Tuesday chaired a high-level meeting on national security.
According to statement issued by the PM Office here, the overall security situation in the country was reviewed in the meeting, the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported.
Minister for Interior, Chudhry Nisar Ali Khan; PM’s Advisor on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz; Chief of the Army Staff Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani; Special Assistant to PM Tariq Fatemi and Director General of ISI Lt. Gen. Muhammad Zaheer-ul-Islam attended the meeting.
