Mumbai, Feb 20: Encounter specialist Daya Nayak, against whom a sessions court had recently issued a non-bailable warrant in a disappropriate assets case, surrendered before the court on Monday.
 
Nayak reached the sessions court, a few minutes before the 12 noon deadline given by the court for his surrender was set to expire.
