M'lore: Gonzaga School, St Aloysius College celebrates Teachers’ Day

Mangalore, Sep 6:
The PTA members of Gonzaga School organized Teachers’ Day celebration at Loyola Hall on Wednesday September 4.

Fr Elvis Lewis SJ, manager of Gonzaga School and principal of St Aloysius PU College in his message said that teachers are the pointers who show the way to their students and further urged the students to pray for their teachers that they may be strengthened to follow their vocation with truth and precision in order to shape the young minds and lives of their students.

The teachers were honored with colourful roses and captivating messages to convey their love and gratitude, making the event special and memorable. 

A colourful cultural programme was given by the students followed with fun filled games and refreshments for the staff and students.

The programme concluded with warm words of appreciation by the principal of Gonzaga School, Grace Noronha for the efforts put in by the PTA and the students thanking each and every one for making the day a memorable one.
