Rio de Janiero, Aug 17 (IANS): Brazil will play an international friendly in China Oct 15 against either Ghana or Zambia.
The match will be played at the Beijing National Stadium, the showpiece venue for the 2008 Olympic Games, the Brazilian confederation (CBF) confirmed in a statement Friday, reports Xinhua.
It will be Brazil's fourth outing after a 3-0 victory over Spain in the Confederations Cup final at Rio's Maracana stadium June 30.
Luiz Felipe Scolari's team lost to Switzerland 0-1 in Basel Wednesday. They will next meet Australia in Brasilia Sep 7 followed by Portugal in Boston three days later.
The CBF earlier this month announced friendlies against South Africa and South Korea later this year. Dates for the matches are yet to be confirmed.
