Bantwal, Aug 13: Indian Mujahideen which has been spreading terror in different parts of the country has extended its reach to villages too, where its operating under different names, claimed Hindu Jagarana Vedike (HJV) state convenor Jagadish Karanth.
He was delivering the keynote address at a programme organized under the aegis of HJV Vittal unit at Kalladka here on Tuesday August 13.
He further said, "The reponsibility of building and protecting a strong India lies on the shoulders of Hindus. The nation should be rebuilt on the foundation of Hindutva; this holds true for the entire nation.
"Those who wear the mask of secularism must be kept at a distance. In the name of secularism, some leaders have been protecting terrorists," he said.
Krishna Prasad of RSS Puttur unit who presided over the programme. Convener of Mangalore unit Raviraj B C Road, Puttur convener Raviraj Kadaba and others were present.
Taluk president Narasimha Mani welcomed the gathering. Taluk convener Ratnakar Shetty thanked. Rajesh Kalladka compered.
Prior to the programme, a bike rally was taken from Panemangalore via Mani junction and Veerakhamba. Tight police security was deployed at the venue.
