New Delhi, Aug 8 (CNN-IBN): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has ruled himself out of the Prime Ministerial race for 2014 Lok Sabha polls but he did not rule not the formation of a Third Front like government. Speaking at Network18's Think India Dialogue, the Chief Minister said the Prime Ministerial post was too high for him.
When told that according to CNN-IBN survey, people believed him to be the good candidate for the PM post, Nitish asked not to take his name in such surveys. He said, "I am not fit to hold such a high post."
His views were different from many leaders who believed him to be a Prime Ministerial material. Recently, BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha praised him and said the Bihar Chief Minister was a Prime Ministerial material. Sinha's remarks had even drew party's ire.
