Mangalore, Jan 15: Advocates Kallige Taranath Shetty and Ivan D'Souza have been authorized to function as notaries of the state government.

Ivan, who has been practising law for the last 16 years has been appointed notary for a period of five years.
 
Kallige who has been appointed notary for the Mangalore revenue taluk, is former president of the Mangalore Bar Council and chairman of the State Cashew Development Corporation.
