Mangalore: Canara Bank Home Loan Utsav brings builders under one roof

Mangalore, Jun 24: ‘Home Loan Utsav’ organized by Canara Bank was held here on Sunday June 23, at Moti Kala Mantap.

The event was inaugurated by lighting of the auspicious lamp by G Rajendra, DGM, Canara Bank, Manimaran, board of directors, Canara Bank, B Nagaraj Shetty, BJP leader and other dignitaries.

K S Acharya AGM Marketing welcomed the customers, gathering and the builders on behalf of the Canara Bank team.

Several prominent builders in the city took active part in the Utsav. Karuna Builders, M B Suvarna Builders, Godrej properties, NForce Infrastructures, Hamco Builders, Chirag Builders, Vishal Enterprises, Brigade groups, Westline Builders, Clavier Estates, Red Bricks, Mahabaleshwara Builders and many others participated.

M S Naik delivered the keynote address and gave a brief introduction about the functioning of the Bank and the way in which it has developed. He further spoke on the importance of the programme and urged the gathering to make right use of the opportunity being given to them.

All the participating builders were given a floral welcome.

R K Kulkarni proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by RJ Vishwas of Big 92.7 FM.

Dignitaries visited the outlets and glanced through the brochures of different projects.

    Nice to see the stall in the utsav by Vishal Enterprises owned by young builder Mr. Vivek Fernandes.I am a proud owner of a house in Urvastores built by him way back in 2003.He has helped many ordinary people to own a house in the city.He is dynamic ,helpful,kind hearted and reliable too.My God bless him.All the best Mr.Vivek Fernandes.

    Dear DGM and Board of directors,Appreciate if you could give more importance to e-applications applied through your web site. In my case it was not at all responded by bank. (Now it is al most 1 year. Recruit new young dynamic people who are well versed/ trained with Computer. So that you can reduce lot of time and paper speedy response to your customers.Train old staff with computer basic.
