Islamabad, Mar 22 (IANS): At least six people were killed and over 40 injured Friday when a bomb ripped through a bus terminal in Pakistan's Balochistan province, a media report said.
The blast took place at about 11.50 a.m. The bomb exploded inside the bus terminal located in Dera Allah Yar area of Jafarabad, a district in the country's southwest Balochistan province, reported Xinhua citing a TV channel.
According to initial reports, the blast was triggered by a remote controlled device and the explosive materials were planted in a box that was left in the terminal.
The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital where five of them were said to be in critical condition.
