Bangalore: CM Envirosystems headed by Jacob Crasta signs MOU with Amefrec of Japan

Bangalore, Mar 14: Bangalore-based CM Envirosystems Pvt Ltd, which is one of the fastest growing environmental testing chamber manufacturers in the country, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Japanese company, Amefrec Co Ltd, which is leading manufacturer of freezing, cold-storage and air-conditioning equipments since 1936.
The MoU was signed between the top executives of the two companies at the state-of-the-art facility of CM Envirosystems Pvt Ltd at the industrial area of Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) at Dobaspet in the city outskirts on Wednesday.
CM Envirosystems Pvt Ltd is an SME unit, whose founder and chief executive officer is Mangalorean Jacob Crasta, who is the Co-Chairman of ASSOCHAM Southern Regional Council and Member of Council on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).
Jacob Crasta, a prominent industrialist, is the past President of FKCCI, KASSIA and PIA (Peenya Industries Association).
The CM Envirosystems Pvt Ltd unit, which has been delivering in-time testing solutions to diversified industrial segments since 1981 through its continual improvement, was formerly known as CM Equipments and Instruments Pvt Ltd.
