Mumbai, Feb 25: Jayaram N Shetty was elected as new president of managing Committee of S M Shetty School and College that are promoted by the Bunts Sangh.
Jayaram was elected during the recently held general body meeting of S M Shetty Education Institutions, presided by chartered accountant Shankar B Shetty, president of Bunts Sangh.
Jayaram Shetty hails from Kadandale in Moodbidri taluk of Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka. He is the managing director of metro based Regency Group of Hotels. He is also a philanthropist contributing his mite for the welfare of community.
S M Shetty Education Institutions managing Committee vice president Harish Vasu Shetty, secretary B R Shetty, honorary treasurer chartered accountant Harish Shetty, college principal Dr Sridar Shetty, school principal Seema Sablog and teaching staff conveyed their best wishes to Jayaram Shetty.
