Dharamsala, Jan 27 (IANS): England captain Alastair Cook won the toss and asked India to bat first in the fifth and last One-Dayer here at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium Sunday.

England made one change, bringing in Chris Oakes in place of erratic fast bowler Jade Dernbach.
