Mangalore: State Bench Press Organize Powerlifting Championship

Mangalore, Jan 18: The Karnataka State Bench press, DK and Udupi districts organized the powerlifting championship on January 12 and January 13.

Deepak Roshan Lobo, 66kg category junior secured the silver medal; Vishal Karan, 59kg catagory secured gold; Pradeep 66kg category senior secured bronze while coach Sathish Kudroli from Balanjeneya gymnasium and Vincent Prakash Carlo 74kg  category secured gold medal. Rameez from the 53kg group sub junior secured the silver medal.

This event was conducted as a part of the Dakshina Kannada Karavali Utsava.
