Mangalore: Achievers Honoured at Buntara Sangama 'Sada Sambhrama'

Mangalore, Jan 1: Bantara Sangama Mangalore organized 'Sada Sambhrama 2013' at Town Hall here on Tuesday January 1 to congratulate A Sadananda Shetty, a successful entrepreneur and educationist and to give away the ‘Best Achiever Award’ to several achievers in different fields.
Addressing the gathering, district in-charge minister C T Ravi, the chief guest said that happiness cannot be measured by money. "Though money gives happiness it is shortlived. Life becomes perfect when we give and help the deprived classes of the society. Gautama Buddha too went in search of contentment," he said, calling upon everybody to realize the core values and meaning of life.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, who was also the chief guest, said that society needs people who devote their life and thoughts for the nation. He lauded A Sadananda Shetty for achieving success as an entrepreneur and educationist as well.
Sadananda Shetty was felicitated by the guests on the dais. Lion Kishore D Shetty, Dr Sunitha M Shetty, M N Rajendra Kumar, T S Nagabharan, Dharmapala Devadiga, Leeladhara Shetty Kaup, Jerry Vincent Dais, Dr Hansaraj Alva, senior Yakshagana artiste Aruva Koragappa Shetty, Harsha Kumar Rai, journalist Manohar Prasad, Kenchanoor Shankar Shetty were given the ‘Best Achiever' awards for their contributions in the respective fields.
