400 Palestinian Couples Tie Knot in Mass Wedding

Gaza, Dec 22 (IANS/WAM): A total of 436 Palestinian couples tied the knot at a mass wedding sponsored by the UAE's Khalifa bin Zayed Foundation.

Deposed Palestinian prime minister Ismail Haniyeh attended the wedding ceremony at the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian officials praised the UAE for its support to the Palestinian people. They also lauded the UAE's humanitarian and charitable agencies, including the Khalifa Foundation, for their help.
